Mt. Bachelor LLC is seeking a Guest Experience Manager for Trailhead Lodge in Central Oregon. You will lead front office operations, reservations, check-in/out, and guest communications, while overseeing select food & beverage services and retail activities.

You will shape service standards, manage a team of Guest Experience staff, and collaborate with Leadership to meet occupancy, guest satisfaction, and financial goals, reflecting a warm, efficient hospitality culture.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Active OLCC Alcohol Service Permit (RSA) and Oregon Food Handler Card (OHA) or willingness to obtain before commencement of employment.
• Experience in hospitality leadership or guest services is preferred.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS and reservation systems; strong data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front office functions: reservations, check-in/out, guest communications, cash handling, daily reporting.
• Lead food & beverage operations and guest service standards; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage retail and guest services; coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach Guest Experience staff; foster a guest-first culture.
• Monitor guest feedback and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.

Educación
