Job summary

Powdr Corp. is seeking a Guest Experience Manager for Trailhead Lodge in Bend, Oregon. The role leads front office and limited F&B operations, ensuring seamless arrivals and stays, while guiding guest-facing teams with warmth and efficiency.

You will manage reservations, room readiness, andGuest communications, while supporting a positive brand experience and achieving financial goals in a year-round mountain setting.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; advanced degree preferred.
• Active OLCC Alcohol Service Permit and Oregon Food Handler Card required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations: reservations, check-in/out, guest communications, cash handling, reporting.
• Lead food and beverage operations and retail support as applicable.
• Hire, train, schedule, and lead Guest Experience and F&B staff; maintain service standards.
