Job summary

A-Lodge Boulder is seeking an energetic Front Desk Associate to be the face of our mountain-based community. You’ll handle check-ins, guide guests to trails, and help create a memorable guest experience from the lobby to local adventures.

Join a small, outdoors-focused team that values hospitality, initiative, and a passion for Boulder culture. On-site work with flexible hours, including weekends, is available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service in hospitality or service industry
• Organized and proactive with strong time management
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and projects
• Self-starter with attention to detail and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and manage check-ins/outs
• Provide expert recommendations on local trails, activities and Boulder venues
• Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks at the lobby bar
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms and common areas adventure-ready
• Handle guest inquiries with empathy and a can-do attitude
• Assist guests with gear rentals and shop/payments as needed
• Promote the A-Lodge lifestyle and community events
