Mt. Bachelor is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas at Trailhead Lodge on-site in Bend, OR. You will work under the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and presentation that meets Trailhead Lodge standards.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork with the Guest Experience and Facilities teams, and adherence to safety and cleaning procedures. Weekend and holiday shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms per standards, including beds, linens, and amenities.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms with approved products.
• Restock rooms with towels, toiletries, and amenities.
• Tidy public areas for a welcoming environment.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow daily tasks and time standards.
