Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk, guest services and lobby experiences. You will mentor associates, resolve guest concerns, and ensure our property remains a premier destination in Kansas City.

You will oversee front office operations, greet guests, balance accounts, and promote brand marketing programs while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and appearance across the lobby and public areas.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related hospitality or customer service experience required, supervisory experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of hotel operations, property management systems, and basic front office financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk, guest services and lobby experiences to drive guest satisfaction.
• Interview, train, schedule, coach and support associates per brand standards.
• Oversee front office operations when Front Office Manager or Assistant GM is absent.
• Greet guests, register and assign rooms, and maintain public areas for cleanliness and appearance.
• Monitor front office systems, balance accounts, and handle cash and collections.
• Close out guest accounts at checkout and negotiate compromises when needed.
• Make and confirm reservations and promote marketing programs.
• Create action plans to remedy guest service deficiencies.
