Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.

The responsibilities of this position require Service Leaders to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment; train and support crew.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; contribute to training future leaders.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork as needed.
