Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high quality food is prepared and served while training and guiding the restaurant crew. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean line, proper equipment function, and proactive customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will support crew development, monitor shift schedules, assist with administrative tasks, and help ensure a positive guest experience through strong leadership and hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters required.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures helpful.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; supervise line operations.
• Train and cross-train front of house crew; assist with crew performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with office duties as needed.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure a positive experience and service excellence.
