Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead front office operations, bell staff, concierge, and VIP services, while partnering with the Front Office Manager and Director of Guest Services to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will guide, support, and inspire associates, ensuring courteous service and strong problem resolution. Join a family-owned team dedicated to Lead with Love and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS) usage.
• Proven ability to resolve guest concerns effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience scheduling 10+ associates.
• Ability to teach and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, courteous service.
• Oversee front office operations including check-in/out and requests.
• Lead, train, and support front desk and bell staff.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally; recover service as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless stays.
• Monitor staffing levels and performance metrics to drive efficiency.
