Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to greet guests, book appointments, and support the spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As part of our leadership-minded team, you’ll manage scheduling, answer questions about services and products, and help maintain a welcoming, organized front desk that sets the tone for every guest visit.

Qualifications

• Exposure to hospitality/salon/spa customer service environment for at least two years.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent listening, communication and customer service skills.
• Team player who enjoys working with people.
• Be able to stay in a stationary position 80% of the time.
• Flexibility for long hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close spa each day according to standard operating procedures.
• Book, change, and cancel spa appointments in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Understand discount rates, packages, products, and services for guest reservations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized front desk and spa area.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
