Job summary

The Press Hotel in Portland, ME is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead the guest services team and oversee arrivals and departures with a focus on VIP guests. You will ensure a professional atmosphere and manage the Front Desk operations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include payroll approval, staff interviews, training, and coordinating shift meetings to keep the team informed and engaged. EOS Hospitality oversight applies.

• Assist VIP meet & greets at check-in when possible.

• Lead shift meetings and ensure smooth handovers.
