Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Seattle Premium Outlet is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive in-store customer experiences, provide technical product education, and oversee floor operations as Supervisor on Duty.

You’ll be part of the store leadership team, analyze daily metrics, participate in hiring, mentor teammates, and create a respectful, inclusive, and high-energy environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and support store leadership on daily operations.
• Assist in hiring decisions and coach team members.
• Monitor daily sales metrics and drive business results.
