Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our store leadership team in Minnesota. You will guide the guest experience on the floor, providing technical product education and personal service to meet each guest's needs.

You will also help drive sales targets, support hiring and training, and coach team members to deliver a high-caliber, inclusive shopping experience. The role requires strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation (as needed)

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Provide technical product education and assistance to guests
• Open/close the store and maintain shift readiness
• Review daily data to track sales goals and motivate the team
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training
• Coach team members with feedback and recognition
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment
• Support the Supervisor on Duty as needed
