Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading a high-performing team. You will drive store performance on the floor, supervise duties, and participate in hiring decisions, while sustaining an inclusive and supportive work culture.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and some leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty when leading the floor and ensure operational readiness.
• Open and close the store following procedures and standards.
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
