Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, including resolving guest concerns.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.
• Food safety certification is a plus for experiential stores with food/beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education.
• Open/close store and ensure operational readiness during shifts.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development.
