Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring or delegating
• Legally authorized to work in the country

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and educate team members.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) and assist with store operations.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training processes for new team members.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback, coaching and recognition to the team.
• Maintain store readiness and execute opening/closing procedures.
• Review daily metrics to motivate sales and store performance.
