lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Tampa, FL, to drive an exceptional in-store guest experience and lead from the floor. You will provide technical product education, help the store reach daily sales targets, and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed.

The role involves participating in hiring, coaching, and developing team members, and maintaining store operations to ensure a high-caliber guest journey.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to drive guest experience and store performance.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value to meet needs.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Open and close the store following procedures, and ensure store readiness during shifts.
