Job summary

Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo is seeking a Director of Hospitality & Guest Experience to lead a high-volume restaurant team and elevate guest service. This full-time leadership role focuses on developing Team Members, strengthening culture, and consistently delivering Chick-fil-A’s service standard.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, hospitality, restaurant, retail, customer service, or management experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated history of developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching teams, resolving guest concerns, and improving service standards.
• Ability to build strong relationships, hold others accountable, take ownership of results, and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Members and restaurant leaders.
• Model Chick-fil-A hospitality and professionalism.
• Establish clear expectations for guest interactions and service.
• Provide consistent coaching, recognition, and feedback.
