Job summary

Chick-fil-A I-10 & La Cienega is seeking an Assistant Hospitality Director to support the Hospitality Director in leading Front of House operations, developing Team Members and Leaders, and ensuring Chick-fil-A standards for hospitality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness. The role requires a 35+ hour work week in the restaurant, with availability for opening or closing shifts and no remote work.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership, communication, problem-solving, and a strong guest-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Hospitality Management, Business, Organizational Leadership, Foodservice, or Culinary Management
• Availability allows for 35+ scheduled hours per week in the restaurant
• This is not a remote position
• Open availability five days per week, including Friday and Saturday
• Must be able to work opening or closing shifts

Responsibilities

• Support Hospitality Director in leading Front of House operations
• Develop Team Members and Leaders
• Ensure consistent execution of Chick-fil-A hospitality standards
• Identify opportunities for guest experience improvements
• Coach and develop team members with timely feedback
• Maintain compliance with safety, labor, and shift standards
• Lead shifts with urgency and adapt to changing needs
• Monitor restaurant performance and respond to guest concerns
