Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to communicate product value to guests.
• Assist in store hiring decisions and act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD).
• Review daily business data and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and hands-on development for team members.
