Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead in Fort Worth to drive store product strategy, oversee inventory, and lead back-of-house operations. You will supervise shifts, influence hiring decisions, and ensure an exceptional guest experience on the floor.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in inventory, merchandising, or logistics, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on teamwork and operational excellence. The position is full-time and on-site at our Fort Worth store.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy and product availability for guests.
• Review daily data and metrics to inform actions and pricing guidance.
• Participate in the store's hiring process and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• When Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guest education and experience.
