Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer experience, and some leadership or mentoring experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor as Supervisor on Duty and guide guest interactions.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate value of lululemon products.
• Contribute to store performance by achieving daily sales/unit targets and supporting hiring decisions.
