Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to frontline team of Tellers and CSRs, including evaluations and coaching.

• Conduct audits of teller drawers, ATM, cash dispensers, and vault for compliance and security.
• Create and manage team schedules to optimize branch coverage and flexibility.
• Oversee branch operations, cash handling, ATM maintenance, and night depository tasks.
• Promote bank products and services to existing and prospective customers.
