Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales and controlling expenses.
• Retail/service leadership with a focus on guest experience and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Oversee guest experience, NPS, and service quality across salons, boutiques, and makeup.
• Develop staffing plans, coaching, and professional development for associates.
• Ensure store compliance with policies, schedules, and loss prevention.
• Drive guest engagement through makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve APGs and store goals.
