Job summary

Little Words Project is seeking a Key Holder for our Short Hills Mall store to help lead the team and bring the brand story to life. You’ll assist guests with beading experiences, guide beading appointments, and support the store to create a welcoming, inspiring space.

You’ll work with the Store Manager to motivate the team, open and close, and manage inventory, events, and beading activities. A passion for beading and customer connections is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for beading, styling, and in-store content creation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the team alongside the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest interactions.
• Open and close the store independently each day.
• Host in-store bead-your-own appointments and events.
• Assist with planning partnerships and in-store events.
• Monitor inventory, assist with backstock, and support visual merchandising.
• Train and develop Sales Associates to enhance guest connections.
• Answer guest questions and assist with transactions with positivity.
