Job summary

Little Words Project is seeking a Key Holder for our Old Orchard store who thrives in a team setting and loves engaging guests with our mission. You’ll assist guests in bead-your-own experiences, guide the team, and ensure a welcoming space, while helping manage beading appointments and events.

You will open and close the store, support trainings, introduce new products, and help with inventory and visual merchandising to keep the store looking its best.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to motivate the team and set the tone for guest interactions.
• Open and close the store independently.
• Host beading appointments, events, and in-store parties.
• Assist with planning and coordinating in-store events with partners.
