Little Words Project LLC is seeking a Sales Associate for the Short Hills Mall. You will help guests discover bracelets, share the brand story, and create an engaging in-store experience.

You’ll support beading appointments and events, assist with transactions, and keep the store visually appealing. A friendly, team-oriented attitude and weekend availability are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and enjoy chatting with guests.
• Passion for beading, styling, and creating in-store content.
• Positive can-do attitude with problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Share our mission and help guests find perfect pieces with personalized recommendations.
• Support in-store beading appointments, parties, and events.
• Assist with POS transactions, answer questions, and provide top-notch service.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and visually inspiring.
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs.
• Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
