Job summary

Little Words Project is seeking a Sales Associate for its Old Orchard location. You will help guests discover bracelets that speak to them and deliver an unforgettable in-store experience. You’ll engage customers, support beading sessions, and ensure the floor is welcoming and well-presented.

As part of a team, you’ll assist with transactions, maintain stock, and help with events and custom orders, while embodying the brand’s message of kindness and self-love.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage guests.
• Passion for beading, styling, and creating in-store content.
• Positive, can-do attitude with problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Share Little Words Project’s mission and help guests find perfect pieces.
• Facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and events.
• Assist transactions at POS and respond to customer questions.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and visually inspiring.
• Assist at bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
• Support inventory, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs.
