Job summary

Primary responsibilities include coaching guest service behaviors, training, scheduling, and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires 1–2 years in retail/guest service or restaurant leadership and a ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience; must complete Assistant Manager Training before assigned.
• Preferred Experience: 1-2 years in retail/guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manages guest service behaviors and coaches team to greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Support Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching, and developing a strong team.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and hit sales objectives.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, coffee station, food service area, and stock levels.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety programs, and stock rotation.
• Perform duties assigned by Store Manager or in Manager's absence; work flexible shifts.
