Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our Ottsville, PA store and deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience. You will support the Store Manager, coach team members, train staff, and help drive sales and store standards.

The role requires 1 year retail or food experience and completion of the Assistant Manager Training program. Shifts are primarily second shifts with nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• 1 year retail or food experience; complete Assistant Manager Training program.
• 1–2 years in retail/guest service or restaurant in a leadership role (preferred).
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team’s guest service behaviors and coach staff to greet guests warmly.
• Support Store Manager in building a strong team with training, scheduling and engagement.
• Partner with Store Manager to meet sales objectives, promotions and store controls.
• Help maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and stocked coffee/food areas.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure 100% in-stock where possible.
• Perform duties as assigned by Store Manager or acting leader.
