United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a First Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager, deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience, supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent store conditions.

This full-time role requires handling POS and gas transactions, stocking, security, maintenance, and reporting. Candidates must be able to work a 40-hour schedule, including some weekends, and be legally able to sell alcohol and tobacco where required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience supervising associates and providing coaching.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS systems.
• Ability to handle money and perform accurate cash transactions.
• Familiarity with inventory, stocking and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Managing other associates: assigning tasks, coaching, interviewing applicants.
• Store administration: ordering, delivery reports, paperwork.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• DipSide guest services: shakes, ice cream, sundaes, sodas.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and make change.
• Stocking merchandise and keeping displays neat and fresh.
• Maintain security and proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintenance: keep store clean, monitor equipment temperatures.
• Reporting: accurate time records and documentation.
