Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio (Olde West Chester) is seeking a First Assistant Manager to lead guest service and daily operations. This full-time position includes four 2-shift days and one 1-shift day, with two weekends per month, and a pay range of $16.00–$18.50 per hour plus quarterly bonus eligibility.

The role supports the Store Manager by guiding associates, managing store administration, and ensuring the Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered with accuracy and warmth.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and payments.
• Experience operating a POS terminal and gas console.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality guest service.
• Ability to coach and supervise Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates; conduct screening interviews.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork per Store Manager or District Supervisor.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain dip cabinet presentation.
• Operate POS and gas sales accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and display areas; rotate stock.
• Monitor store safety, cleanliness, and equipment temperatures.
• Accurately complete time records and customer-first documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
