Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a First Assistant Manager in Florence, KY. You will ensure outstanding guest service by following the Hi Five Guest Experience, both personally and through the team, while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

The role includes coaching staff, managing cash and POS transactions, stocking, and maintaining store conditions to deliver a safe, welcoming experience for guests. Eligible for quarterly bonuses while working full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions and make change.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to temperatures as low as -30 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 2 minutes.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds from floor level to a height of 5 feet.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach shifts, assign duties and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Assist Store Manager with daily store administration and paperwork.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare DipSide items and operate related station.
• Ensure proper cash handling and safe gas sales procedures.
