Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and main guest contact during your shift.
• Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and assist with breakfast or touches as needed.
• Create memorable guest experiences with celebrations, local recommendations, and reservations.
• Resolve escalated guest issues calmly and in person, involving the Director when needed.
• Lead scheduling and training for innkeeper team and coordinate SOPs.
