Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BE.S.T. customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversees front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Manages opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Recruits, trains, coaches and supervises crew members in partnership with the store manager.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds accordingly.
• Partners with leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and stockroom tasks.
• Additional responsibilities as directed by the Store Manager.
