Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead front-end operations and ensure merchandising meets brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Open/close procedures; keep store clean and ready for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Partner with store leadership to maintain operational excellence.
• Coordinate with District Manager on customer service scores.
