Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking of new merchandise.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staff management.
• Opens or closes the store, handles cash, locks doors and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, performance and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Maintains store areas through cleaning and stocking duties.
