The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of management experience, and strong communication skills. Expect a flexible schedule including day/evening shifts and potential weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead store to achieve customer service scores set by leadership.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment works and staff are trained accordingly.
• Open/close procedures, maintain cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Step in as store manager when needed and recruit/train crew.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
