Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role to drive customer service excellence and efficient front-end operations. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure stock readiness while coaching crew members for peak performance.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with 2 years of management experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, coordinating with the store manager and district leadership for best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.
• Creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and ensure merchandising meets brand standards.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, and readiness for customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members with the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and stock recovery; maintain stock room and equipment.
