Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to oversee store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train and supervise crew, manage front-end activities, and ensure merchandising and safety standards are met. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• WOW customers through personal contact with customers.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Lead front-end operations and ensure candy, soda, snacks merchandising meets brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is in working order and staff are trained.
• Open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members.
• Review corporate communications and implement accordingly.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Handle store maintenance and stock room duties.
