Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Champlin, MN is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep a clean line and equipment, resolve quality issues, and support food safety and customer service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Understands Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knows cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork and processes.
• Able to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew and assist with crew performance reviews.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices (hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks).
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with office administration duties.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with miscellaneous office tasks.
