Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift meetings.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and maintain equipment and supplies.
