Job summary

You’ll handle calls, assist with presentations, arrange events, and collaborate with vendors, security, and facilities teams to maintain a safe, welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and guests, greeting and directing them accordingly.
• Answer calls professionally and assist with information delivery and basic presentations.
• Coordinate events, bookings, and space setup to support meetings and activities.
• Manage and coordinate office services including mail, supplies, and onboarding tasks.
• Address inquiries and resolve simple issues with courteous, customer-focused service.
