Merlin invites you to join Wondra Chicago as a Guest Experience Shift Lead, guiding daily operations and delivering magical moments for families in an immersive, color-filled world. You’ll train teammates, keep guest energy high, and grow into leadership through hands-on coaching, with weekends and holidays required.

Wondra is an exciting new immersive attraction designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Join our team and help bring this one-of-a-kind, interactive experience to life for families exploring a world of color and imagination!

• Help support the Wondra team during daily operations
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
