Job summary

Merlin Entertainments' Wondra Chicago is seeking a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help run daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure a friendly, safe environment for guests. You’ll jump in to assist guests and staff, keeping lines moving and energy high.

This role offers leadership development, with training, recognition programs, and opportunities to advance within a fun, family-focused attraction. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and you’ll enjoy Merlin Magic Pass perks and

What You’ll Do

• Help support the Wondra team during daily operations
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands‑on experience
