Job summary

Merlin Entertainments in Charlotte, NC is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Host for Bubble Planet. You’ll greet guests, share the magic, and ensure fun, safe experiences for families exploring bubbles, color and imagination.

You’ll help manage queues, keep areas clean and guest-ready, and support opening/closing procedures. A bubbly personality, strong communication, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays are essential, with 6–12 months in attractions or customer service

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
