Job summary
Merlin Entertainments' Wondra Chicago is seeking a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help run daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure a friendly, safe environment for guests. You’ll jump in to assist guests and staff, keeping lines moving and energy high.

Qualifications
- Outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people.
- Ability to stay calm in busy situations.
- Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.
- Willing to grow into leadership.
- Available weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Support the Wondra team during daily operations.
- Keep lines moving and guest energy positive.
- Assist guests and teammates as needed.
- Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands‑on experience.
- Help train and motivate team members.
- Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families.
- Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day.
