Job summary

European Wax Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a Guest Service and Licensed Wax Specialist team, and drive guest satisfaction. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while guiding the center toward sales goals and membership growth.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and coach team members to achieve performance targets and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
