Job summary
European Wax Center in Phoenix is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk while driving center revenue. In this in-person role, you will greet guests, book appointments, process payments, and promote our waxing services and products to meet sales goals.
The position offers hourly pay with daily pay options, bonuses based on performance, and benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and guest service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
- Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
- Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
