European Wax Center in Tinley Park, IL is hiring a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to be the first and last impression of guest experience. This sales-focused position requires a cheerful, energetic attitude and strong communication to educate guests about our services and Strut 365 program.

Responsibilities include selling wax passes, opening/closing the center, guiding guests, maintaining front-of-house, and supporting promotional events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience.

Responsabilités

• Selling wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing guest flow and answering questions.
• Educating guests on product portfolio and promotions.
• Maintaining front of the center and restocking shelves.
• Participating in community events and Strut Sessions.
