European Wax Center in Tinley Park, IL is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role combines front desk duties with dynamic sales and product promotion.

You'll greet guests, schedule appointments, process payments, educate clients on our exclusive services and waxing products, and help maintain a clean, welcoming center environment. A passion for beauty, sales, and customer care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
